Who or what causes the constant synchronicities with TV commercials and shows?

What or who causes the constant coincidence of words and thoughts with TV shows and commercials? I give you examples: I say something (a certain word or sentence) and the same thing is said in a TV commercial right after I say it. My mother saw a cream in a magazine tonight and told us that she had seen it, and immediately after she said it in a TV commercial, the same thing was said about a cream. I think of saying something the day before and the next day they give a show that involves the same topic or the same thing I thought about, and this show was filmed 3 months ago and now it’s being broadcast for the first time, which makes it impossible for me to be heard it before from there.
