What do you think about the idea of opening abortion clinics on federal lands?

I received the following email from the office of AOC:

“Democrats can and must do more than wait for the next election. We have to secure our rights now, especially as red states move swiftly to cut off access to abortion care for millions of people.

One of the small steps that President Biden and the White House can take is opening abortion clinics on federal lands, especially in states where access to care is limited by inhumane state laws.”

E.g., if a resident of Cheyenne, WY goes to Yellowstone Park to get an abortion, would she be subject to prosecution if she returns to her residence?
