How often do you use the snooze button on your phone or alarm clock?

Do you set your alarm for the actual desired awake time or do you expect to use the snooze?
How long is your snooze and many times do you hit the button?
Does your alarm noise awaken anyone else?

I think my snooze is set for 5–10 minutes. I really don’t know the exact number. I don’t use snooze most of the time. If I do, I only use it once and use the time to do some quiet, in-bed stretches before rolling out of bed.
