Women: Can you suggest a bandeau type top or bra that does not pull on over your head?

Either has hooks or stretchy so I can pull it on over my hips. Even one of the old fashioned stretchy tube tops. I don’t want it to have a built in bra, I don’t care if it flattens a little, I don’t want it to be tight, but of course I want it to stay in place.

I am a 38D so it can’t be too skimpy.

I might try a strapless bathing suit top, but really looking for the old stretch tops we used to wear in the ‘70’s. I’d prefer black.
