Are there steps I can take to try and prevent the total loss of voice that I'm fully expecting by morning?

I screamed my fool head off at a concert tonight, and since I work answering phones, I sort of need my voice. I already sound like a 50-year smoker, and I know that by morning, I’ll be a whisper at best. Any tips on keeping that from happening?
