You're offered the "adventure of a lifetime," when humanoid aliens from another world offer to transport you to their planet, but with certain conditions (explained in the details section). Do you accept?

You’re told that because of the extreme distance, you must be placed in a state of suspended animation, meaning that you will be sleeping for several years, and that when you arrive at their planet, everyone you left behind on Earth, will no longer be living, because it will have taken you over 350 Earth years, to get to their planet.

They also tell you that the reason they are making this offer to you, is because that, within the next 20 years, all life on Earth will end, either due to war or some natural disaster (plague, collision with an object like a meteor or asteroid, etc.), and that you meet their requirements for inclusion among those who will survive.

If you reject their offer, you won’t be able to change your mind later on, and the offer is being made only for you, meaning that you can’t tell anyone you are going, nor can anyone you know, be taken along with you.

Also, consider this: You don’t know for a fact that everything they are telling you, is indeed the truth.

I would have no hesitation about leaving with them. There’s no one (at this time) to keep me here, and maybe with their advanced science, they can cure my diabetes & arthritis. Also, they might know how to slow down (or even reverse) the aging process, so I can live much longer than I normally would.
