Why does Aesop Rock say his tattoos are only from a song off of Float?

For those familiar with him and his tattoos (the lyrics “Must not sleep, must warn others” on his arms), why is it that I’ve only ever heard (from Aes himself in interviews) that these are off of the album Float (from Commencement at the Obedience Academy), but the lyrics are also in the song Antisocial off of Music for Earthworms as well, which was released 3 years before Float?
