Do many women actually like it when their s/o touches their breasts?

I am curious how many women actually enjoy it when their s/o touches their breasts. Does it just bug you, or do you enjoy it? I always hear women saying that it bugs them, but it seems like every guy likes it. Do you “take one for the team” and let your s/o have his/her fun? It seems like every semi sexy story I have ever seen makes it seem as if women get as much enjoyment out of that as they do sex. Urban myth? Just a male perspective? I don’t mean to be rude or dirty, I just wondered. Thanks.
