Can I get charged for this?

Well recently I got my new iPhone adapter from the Apple Store. The thing is before I got it I also registered for one online. After many days of my mailbox empty I decided why not just get one at the Apple Store. I’ll have two. So I did. I exchanged my old adapter for a shiny new one. The next day I come home and find an iPhone adapter in my mailbox. Great I have two. I thought maybe I could sell one.

2 Weeks later I actually read the paper in the iPhone adapter package saying if the older adapter isn’t returned by five buisness days Apple has the right to charge my credit card. The thing is I never provided my credit card information. Can I still get charged?
