Can bill collectors call you all day long on Sundays?

I owe (like a lot of others) credit cards which are way past due. A few of the collection calls I’m getting are on Sundays and they call 3–4 times a day (even after I talk to them) Ironically, I am the collection person for a local furniture store and our rules from our legal dept state no calls on sundays or holidays.
