How do i get rid of e coli in my kidney?

they said they found out that i have e coli in my kidney and because we all have it in our colon, and where i only have 5 inches of my colon left, my colon rubs against my bladder and that is how it went into my kidney. i ws in the hospital but i had to leave the nurses was no help. they would not give me the meds on time and wouldn’t give me more blankets. i sked for them to help me with my laptop and they wouldn’t do that either. i was on a scedual time to get my meds and it was way past due and the pain was bad. so i figured well, i have meds at home for pain so i am going home. but how do i get rid of the e coli?
