Big (embarrasing) problem: In the past two months, I have almost "wet the bed" twice. Why?

I am 19 and have a history of bed wetting as a child that lasted until I was 12. I’ve probably wet the bed maybe a handful of times since then, but never twice in two months.

Both times that it has happened I have awaken before completely urinating on myself, but have peed enough to become wet.

The first time it happened, it happened at my boyfriend of three months house. I was too embarassed to tell him and was able to change and clean myself without him ever knowing. I thought it was never going to happen again.

But then just the other night it happened again at a friends house, this time I didn’t have anything to change into, so I just left.

I don’t know what to do, or why this is happening to me. I can’t continue to live like this. I don’t know if it’s a bladder infection, I don’t feel any pain except for the pain of shame, and I don’t know if it’s simply because I don’t use the bathroom before going to bed and just sleep too deep to wake up sometimes…I don’t know. Help.
