What do I name my gender-bending cat?

So… funny story. I take my cat in to the vet to get her teeth cleaned and some pulled, and then I get a call from the vet saying that my cat, Estelle, is actually a boy. The vet i took her to after taking her in apparently is inept.

I named her “Estelle,” after Estelle Getty, who passed away right before I adopted her. I could keep the name, but it just feels weird to call him that now.

So, this is where Fluther comes in. Do I change Estelle’s name? What are some cute suggestions? The cat is white and fluffy and grumpy looking. I’m thinking “Newman,” after Paul. It would also be a cheeky take on his gender journey. Other ideas?
