Why would a father name his son Adolf Hitler?

True Story: A holocaust refuter names his son “Adolf Hitler Campbell”. Is this not a form of abuse since the child will be most likely be scorned, ridiculed and discriminated against for the rest of his life? P.S. His daughters’ name is Aryan Nation.
