I got black truffles for Christmas. Now what?

A family member gave me a fancy culinary basket, and included was a little jar of preserved black truffles. I usually cook more internationally, and in fact, French cuisine is totally beyond me. Are there any easy recipes or applications for these truffles? I want something where I can really taste them, but that isn’t too hard to prepare. Any suggestions would be great. :)
