My Ryobi drill has a bit stuck in the chuck and it wont come loose, what do i do?

I have a Ryobi drill with a keyless chuck, and it seems to have seized up. The ring you normally hold while you spin the chuck seems to have fused to the chuck. They wont spin separately, only in unison.
