Will this pregnancy test be accurate?

If a woman is on seasonale, (which causes you to have a period only once every three months) and she takes a pregnancy test that should be accurate a few days before her “anticipated missed period” – if she takes it a few days before when her period would be – will it be accurate?

Please don’t respond with any “barely helpful” or “marginally helpful” answers (you know who you are) or with any jokes – I’m really not in the mood right now.
