How long do you frustrate over lunch left at home?

twice in the last two weeks, i’ve forgotten well-prepared lunches because, for one, i made it specially the night before and two, it happened to be a really great lunch. hey, times be hard! who really can afford take-out lunch anyway?

about 3 miles away from home, i discover i’ve forgotten it, but, for time sake, can’t turn around. and then i drive all the way to work thinking of it—how good it was gonna be and that i had SAVED MONEY.

last week i left a turkey meatloaf sandwich. this week i left broiled chicken breasts with roasted peppers. so mad, i was!

i was mad at myself for at least 5 hours.
