Can you help me with computer specifications, please?

I don’t know what means what in computer speak, so I’m in search of someone who can tell me if something is good or not. I want to get a really inexpensive notebook that is wireless enabled etc. I have found 2 with vastly different prices with only the graphics card being the main difference. So, here lies the question.

Which is better and by how much?:

1) Graphics Card: ATI Mobility Radeon Xpress 200M up to 256MB

2) An intergrated card. (no brand specified.)

Heck, why don’t I just send you the links. Which one is more value for money and which brand is more reliable?
