Should I see a dentist or a doctor?

The whole right side of my head/neck hurts and has for days. I feel like a have a toothache, but I also have an earache, sinus pain and swollen glands on the right side of my neck. I’m having trouble telling where the pain is coming from. Am I sick (sinus or ear infection?) and that’s making my tooth/gums hurt? Or do I have a toothache and that’s making everything else hurt? Which seems most likely?

Also, how long should I tough it out before I make an appointment with one or the other?
