What do you think of sign dancers?

I tend not to notice the people with signs on the street corners who are trying to get your business, but today when I was driving about there was a guy promoting Little Caesar’s Pizza and he was totally into dancing with his sign. He had on head phones and was giving us a great show, it made me laugh. Do you have these people in your town? What are your thoughts?
