Has anyone found good relief for migraine headaches?

I have had migraines for the past 29 years. I have periods sometimes where they aren’t very bad for several months and then come back with a vengeance. I have had all kinds of tests run (ct scans, mri’s, brain mapping, biofeedback, you name it, I’ve had it). Every test that has been run has come back negative. I’ve been on all kinds of medications but nothing has helped. I have come to the conclusion that I just need something to help with the pain when I have a serious headache. I used to have a medication that I could use to give myself a shot when needed, but I have lost my medical insurance and the doctor has decided that there is nothing further that he can do for me. I have also noticed that weather changes effect my headaches as well. That has been a real stumper to me. Has anyone found anything inexpensive that has helped them with migraine pain?
