What are the best Bay Area flea markets & farmers' markets?

For farmers’ markets, I love Alemany market and the Ferry building. The downtown Berkeley farmer’s market is fun as well. For flea markets—the Alemany market on sundays, or the amazing Alameda Antiques fair. Are there other awesome markets that I’m missing out on?
