Negative Paypal balance?

So I sold an old phone on eBay for 300 dollars. A few months later, I got a chargeback from the woman who bought the phone, saying that it was an “unauthorized transaction” or something. It was stupid. I sent it to the address on her Paypal and she acknowledged that she received it. I disputed it with Paypal and the credit card company with proof of shipping, etc. But to no avail…
I am now -320 dollars in my Paypal and I can’t afford to pay them back. What should I do? I tried contacting them, but they were no help and were rude.
Should I just leave it be? I can change my bank account numbers so they can’t go into my bank account. I can’t pay but I don’t feel that I need to, as I did NOTHING wrong and gave them proof but nothing was done and now I’M in the hole.
What should I do? Am I going to get sued/have my credit ruined?
