Have you heard of the "Consumer Protection Act?" If so, do you think there should also be a "Small Business Protection Act?"?

I owned a small business for 4 years, and at one point this “customer” sued us over total BS stuff…..as I researched him I found that that’s basically what he does….sues for pocket change. He’d filed something like—34 lawsuits in the preceding 3 years. He got $450 bucks from us.
