I just saw it again, but I’ve seen women say it a lot, when asked about the importance of size. They say they don’t care (mostly), but want the guy to use it well.

I’m never sure how to take this. Are they referring to physical moves, positions, etc; or is it about more general love-making talents—with other parts of the anatomy, but most importantly, with the sense of desire and love and tension that they can create with words, looks, and hints.

So, ladies, when you think a guy is using his penis well, is it because of what he does physically, and if so, could you describe in enough detail so I can understand, what it is that good cocksmen do? And if it’s what he does in a kind of extra-tactile way, then what does that look and feel like?
