I can't sleep, can you help me?

Last night I had my worst shift at work ever, loads of things going through my mind, wondering what went wrong and what to do about it. I feel angry and stepped on.

But what’s bothering me now is that I can’t sleep. My mind is racing and I’m so angry, but there’s nothing I can do before I go back to work in a week.

What do YOU do when you can’t fall asleep? Got any tips for me?
