Women with PCOS: any advice on what to do if you are trying to get pregnant?

My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and I have PCOS. I have been to the doctor and have tried a few different treatments. I was wondering if any of you had any advice on how to increase my chances of becoming pregnant.
