What makes your s'mores special?

I know s’mores are just basically a graham cracker, a blob of Hershey’s chocolate and a melted marshmallow. My husband has touted me as the Queen of S’Mores, so what I can I add to make them extra special? I’m taking my 7 year-old niece camping next weekend, and have been told the s’mores BETTER be good!!
