How do you manage / log your micro-marketing tasks?

When you run a small business, so many things could be considered “marketing” from your business card design to comments in blogs (that link back to your site)
Does anybody have a good system for managing these micro tasks so they can see accumulation benefits and have insight into what should be repeated frequently?
