Is the only difference between the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3 and the DMC-LX3K the colour?

It seems to me that the K must stand for Key Black, because the silver cameras all seem to have S at the end of their model number, but I just want to be sure.
My confusion arises from the fact that numerous shops and reviews cite different model numbers, yet show pictures of both black and silver models – it never seems to be consistent.
