Should I get a restraining order?

i started hanging out with this guy, he is probably around 30 and i am 28. we are both bi-polar and pretty insane. im more sane than him. he said he loved me our second time out. long story short, i went away on vacation and he started getting pissed cause i wasn’t answering him back. then he started sending harassing and insulting texts. really bad. the last message i got he said YOU ARE NOT LEAVING ME ILL KILL MYSELF ON YOUR LAWN I SWEAR UR MINE
