What does this logo mean? Is it a brand? If so, which one?

It’s the circle with a capitol ‘A’ in it, at the bottom-right. I’m trying to figure out what kind of (vintage) cowboy boots these are. For all I know, it could be alluding to a type of material used.
I AM DEFINITELY NOT TALKING ABOUT THE ANARCHY SYMBOL. These boots are from the 1950’s/1960’s. The symbol is a marking made by the manufacturer.
