Looking for vector art that is hard to describe...um like Mulan?

I am looking for vector art that I can only think to describe like so: You know how the clouds look in Mulan? like from smoke from fireworks? All spirally and curly and stuff? Chinese-looking clouds/water/wind/waves
I can’t find anything anywhere. I would prefer vector art in .ai or .eps format. Thanks!
