What does it feel like to have a drug flashback?

I’ve done a lot if drugs in my lifetime, mostly psychedelics. I used to hear a lot about people having LSD flashbacks, but I don’t know anyone who has ever purported to have had one, and I don’t think I have ever had one.
Have you had a drug flashback? What was it like? Or is a drug flashback a myth?
