Which apt would you choose to move in to?

I’m moving out.
I have a choice of either
APT A- a tiny two bedroom apt. It looks dirty to me but is walking distance to school. Has coin washer and drier right across the apt, you don’t even have to step outside 975/month. or
APT B- a HUGE 1 bdrm apt with washer and dryer in the unit, but I’d have to commute…but the apt is brand newish. 850/month

utilities are not included in either.
no parking available at apt A
parking is available for 40/year at apt B
i will have a car.
i will be moving out with my boyfriend.
Which would you choose?
