How can I find the right job for me?

I’m unhappy at work, good at what I do, but perhaps not fit for the standard office hierarchy bullshit. I know some people are happy with their jobs, it can’t just be me. How do I sort out what I’m good at AND what is a healthy, supportive environment to be in?
