Do I Change The Cooking Time?

I am cooking for a large group tomorrow and have 5 things that go in the oven, and only 2 ovens! So, I need some help.

If a recipe calls for baking something at 350 for 30 minutes, and I am making two batches, can I put both casseroles in the oven at the same time? If so do I need to adjust the cooking temperature or cooking time? I have convection ovens, if it makes a difference.
