Easiest, less expensive way to get a women from Philippines to US to marry?

I would like to know what is the best way to get a girlfriend whom i have a internet relationship with over to the US to live with me. perhaps she can finish one year of school while living with me. We will then decide if marraige is want we want. We have not met face to face but have been sharing pics, video, emails etc. with eachother for a period of time. What are the rules? How can i make it happen easy and without waiting around for months etc….
