Does anyone else use Dragon NaturallySpeaking?

Is anybody else out there using Dragon NaturallySpeaking voice-activated software? Are you interested in discussing what the experience has been like for you and giving any helpful hints for successful use? I am using the software out of necessity, I cannot operate my computer otherwise. I know that other people use it for other reasons, if only to give their hands to break from the keyboard.
