Exercise w/Flu-like Symptoms?

This morning I began to feel mild symptoms of the flu: moderate body aches (perhaps from running yesterday?), mild cough/irritated throat, mild fatigue, and neck stiffness, and face/head feels fairly warm.
Should I wait to lift weights or continue today’s regiment normally/moderately?
