Know of any treatments for heat rash for fast comfort?

I have a heat rash on my legs and feet and it’s driving me up a wall! It itches and itches, I have to fold my legs under me to keep from scratching them. I google’d for heat rash, but could only find out what NOT to do. It said not to use ointments or creams because it could only worsen it…great. I just used alot of itch cream on it.

Does anyone know of some home remedies, or at least something other than ointments that could ease the constant itching?
