How much do you pay per kilowatt-hour (kwh) for your electricity?

This question was prompted by a previous discussion about solar power. It was pointed out that in the US we pay very little for electricity, so there is not much incentive to pursue alternative energy. Hopefully we will get some answers from people outside of the US.
So, if you could tell us:
1. How much per kwh do you pay?
2. Where do you live?
3. I would also be interested in how much you are paying for gas these days?
