I use Comcast for my Internet connection.. How do I get a new IP?

I need a fresh IP address since Comcast cripples Bittorrent traffic. There is a private tracker that my IP is banned from.

My ratio is shit and they banned my IP.. Anyway to get around this. How can I reset my IP as a Comcast user?
