I really am attracted to this girl, and I want her, what should I do?

I’m relationship oriented, though I have had one night stands last a few years. I’m rather shy, and/or socially retarded. I got scorched in my last relationship, and I’m half the man I used to be, scared to get wounded that deeply again, if/is that possible.
