How do I arrange a flexible presentation using any of the available presentation software tools (such as PowerPoint, Keynote or Sliderocket)

In giving a presentation/seminar, I’ve desired the ability to choose amongst several slides depending on the question asked of me. For example, at the end of my scientific seminars, there is frequently a Q/A session, and since I can predict some of the questions, I often prepare slides to answer them. I would like a system where I can see what slides I have next (like a menu of sorts) and then bring up the slide depending on the question. Can this be done using current tools?
