Why does my lower abdomen ache at the end of urination?

The past few days, I’ve experienced an aching pain in my lower abdomen every time I finish peeing. It goes away once I relax my bladder. I thought it might be a urinary tract infection, but I don’t exhibit any other symptoms. What other explanations are there?
