What do I do about the fact that I'm going to die?

I’m going to die. Everything I’ve achieved and everything I’m ever going to achieve seems pointless. People are happy to tell me what a great opportunity I have to maximize the remaining time I have left. This makes me angry because I don’t want to die and I don’t want to “maximize” my remaining time. I guess my question is, how I make sense of this situation?
