Should I tell an old friend that he hurt me in the past?

Boy in college asked me a dance after a year of friendship but danced all nite with another girl. Now we are back in the same town 20 years later and both married but I see him and I want to know why he did that. He said at the time that I was chaste. So I think maybe he wanted more than friendship but he never tried. Should I tell him this?
