How can I help a pinched nerve in my back heal?

Yesterday I pinched a nerve in my lower back, well I assume that is what I did anyhow. It hurts insanely bad. I thought it was better this morning so I made it out to the living room. Now I can’t even move from the couch. When I move I get insane pains. These aren’t the type of pains I can just deal with, they are crazily painful. I’m also afraid I’ll fall if I try and move while having the pains. I can’t take Ibuprofen and I can’t use icy hot patches/cream because of pregnancy. Any ideas?? I really am hoping to get up and get some lunch. Or at least change the channel, golf came on (sorry golf lovers, i just don’t find it interesting to watch).
